My bro Zach is a big inspiration to me. I need to watch him more. Yoday is my day 3 of 30 day work out challenege to get my bdy fat down and weight down . I was up at 2010 and now at 193-195. Hopefully by the end of this month , my eating habits and work out habits will be completely different.
